The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is proposing to revise its regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The proposed revisions update the regulations for access and release of information under the FOIA among NARA's archival holdings and NARA's own operational records.DATES: Comments are due by November 13, 2007.
